Your first visit will include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms, history, and treatment goals. Follow-up visits focus on medication management, symptom monitoring, and ongoing support.

Appointments

  • All visits are by appointment only

  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website

  • Please arrive on time or log in promptly for telehealth visits

Telehealth Guidelines

  • Attend sessions from a private, quiet location

  • Use a secure device with reliable internet

  • Avoid public Wi-Fi when possible

  • Headphones are recommended for privacy

Communication

  • For non-urgent concerns, please call or email the office

  • Messages are typically returned within 1-2 business days

  • Communication should not be used for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee

Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We follow all HIPAA guidelines to protect your personal health information.​

This practice does not provide after-hours or emergency care.
